Campaign Joining forces to create happier workplaces
One size doesn’t fit all when it comes to our working environments. OPP, business psychologists, realised that this was a particular issue for different personalities – extroverts and introverts. But how could they help businesses understand how to make their surroundings more productive?
We introduced OPP to workplace furniture manufacturer KI, which led to a joint thought leadership campaign exploring the personality issue. Together the firms were able to create actionable strategies to make offices more flexible and adaptable. The insights were turned into a white paper, workplace guides and infographics.
To spread awareness, we organised a roundtable during London Design Week, which brought together leading voices from the world of work, key media, and industry bodies CIPD and BIFM.
The roundtable led to high profile media coverage, including a major feature in the Financial Times, with total circulation of over 400,000. Importantly, a new business relationship was created to help both OPP and KI to reach new markets.
