We have launched a brand–new podcast aimed at business and communications professionals. The podcast, ‘Commanding Conversations’ (based on Flagship PR’s strapline) will feature a series of guests who are some of the best and brightest minds in the world of media and communications.
Co-hosted by Flagship PR’s own Managing Director, Mark Pinnes, and Account Executive, Natasha Cobby, the team will be speaking to guests on their experiences across a range of industries. Upcoming guests on the podcast include an Executive TV Producer, the Director of Publicity & Media Relations at Penguin Random House and the Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer at Selbey Anderson (a network of creative agencies).
The ‘Commanding Conversations’ series will explore the career paths of its guests, including successes, failures and career-hacks. With episodes released every three weeks, some of the interesting topics discussed include keeping up with the ever-changing world of book publishing and how this affects the role of the PR and communications professionals with Charlotte Bush, the rise of reality television and the changes in TV production with Paula Campion, and the ins and outs of starting your own agency with Simon Quarendon.
Mark Pinnes, Managing Director at Flagship PR said; “Commanding Conversations is a place for communications people to hear from the unknown voices that helped create some of Britain’s great brands and cultural moments. It’s full of useful tips, tricks and fabulous stories.”
Co–host Natasha Cobby commented, “It’s exciting to speak with some of the brightest minds in communications and to learn about the diverse array of experiences that have shaped their careers. There’s something for everyone in this podcast, no matter what stage of your career journey you’re in.”
